Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. has declared a final ordinary cash dividend of RMB 0.1 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, with an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09924, resulting in a dividend of HKD 0.10992 per share. The dividend is approved on May 20, 2024, and shareholders must lodge transfer documents by June 4, with the payment date set for June 21, 2024. A withholding tax rate of 10% will be applied to non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders, whereas a 20% rate will apply to investors investing through Southbound Trading.
