Guangdong Kanghua Healthcare Group Co., Ltd. has officially changed its company name from Guangdong Kanghua Healthcare Co., Ltd. and has updated its Articles of Association following the required procedures. The company’s rights, operations, and financial standing remain unaffected by this change, and existing share certificates will still be valid without the need for exchange. New share certificates reflecting the updated company name will be issued starting from 10 September 2024.
