Guangdong Join-Share Financing Guarantee Investment Co., Ltd. has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.02 per share for the year ending December 31, 2023, which will be paid to shareholders at an equivalent of HKD 0.02196 per share, considering the exchange rate. Shareholders must note the ex-dividend date is June 21, 2024, with the payment date scheduled for July 31, 2024. Non-resident individuals and enterprises will be subjected to a 10% withholding tax on dividends.
