At the Guangdong Investment Limited AGM on June 18, 2024, all resolutions were overwhelmingly approved by shareholders, including the adoption of financial statements, the election and remuneration of directors, and the reappointment of KPMG as independent auditor. Shareholders also granted the directors mandates to issue and repurchase up to 10% of the issued shares, signifying strong investor confidence in the company’s governance and strategic direction.
