The offering involved units priced at C$0.20, each comprising a share and a warrant, with Research Capital Corporation and Red Cloud Securities Inc. leading the effort. The raised capital will specifically enhance operations at Guanajuato and Durango, modernize the Topia complex, and support exploration at the San Ignacio and Valenciana properties.
