Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. has announced a brokered private placement aiming to raise between C$6 million and C$8.625 million by selling units at C$0.20 each, which includes a common share and a purchase warrant. The capital raised will fund production ramp-up at their mines, improvements to the Topia processing facilities, general corporate expenses, and exploration activities. The offering, led by Research Capital Corporation and Red Cloud Securities Inc., is set to close around May 6, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals.
