Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd., a Mexican-based silver producer, has reached a production milestone of over 3 million ounces of silver at the El Cubo mine, completing a contingent payment to Endeavour Silver Corp. The company has arranged share-based settlements of debt with both Endeavour and Ocean Partners UK Limited, the latter being a key trading partner and now a significant shareholder. Additionally, a third-party liability will be settled in shares, further strengthening the company’s financial position.
