Guan Chao Holdings Limited has announced a further delay in dispatching the circular regarding its upcoming Rights Issue, which proposes issuing four Rights Shares for every one Share held, on an unsubscribed basis. The new expected dispatch date is on or before 25 September 2024, with a revised timetable for the Rights Issue and associated Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) activities disclosed. Shareholders are advised of the new key dates, including the EGM set for 17 October 2024, to approve the proposed Rights Issue.
