GTI Resources Ltd successfully raised $474,718 through a non-renounceable pro-rata rights issue, with shares and options issued to existing shareholders. The offer, underwritten by CPS Capital Group Pty Ltd up to $1.6 million, anticipates an additional $1,125,282 raised post-offer for shortfall subscriptions. The company is also set to launch a Priority Option Offer, potentially adding another $115,596 to its funds.
