GTI Resources Ltd has announced an entitlement offer to raise up to $2.3 million before costs, issuing new shares and options to existing shareholders and option holders. The funds will be used to develop and explore the company’s uranium projects in Wyoming and Utah, as well as for working capital. CPS Capital Group Pty Ltd is partially underwriting the offer to $1.6 million and will receive fees and options for their services.
