GTI Energy Ltd has announced a new standard pro rata securities issue, proposing to issue a maximum of 169,996,473 options exercisable at $0.01 each and 509,989,418 ordinary fully paid securities. The options will expire four years from the issue date, with an ex-date set for 9th August 2024 and an offer closing date on 9th September 2024. This strategic financial move aims to bolster the company’s capital and is set for implementation with the issue date on the 16th of September 2024.
