GTI Energy Limited’s Director, Bruce Lane, has reported an on-market acquisition of 2.5 million ordinary shares at $0.005 each, significantly increasing his stake in the company. The change, reported under ASX listing rules, did not involve any disposal of shares, leaving Lane with a total of 8.5 million ordinary shares after the transaction.
