GSTechnologies Ltd has announced the issuance of 58,844,713 Ordinary Shares to complete its acquisition of a 66.67% stake in Semnet Pte Ltd, valued at $1 million. These shares, priced at 1.34 pence each, are part of the company’s strategic moves, including a potential NASDAQ listing for Semnet. The issuance increases GST’s total share capital to over 2 billion, impacting shareholder voting rights.
