GSP Resource Corp. successfully completed an over-subscribed private placement, raising $650,000 through the sale of 6.5 million units. This financial move, including contributions from company insiders, bolsters the company’s capital for further exploration and development of the Alwin Mine Copper-Silver-Gold Project, as well as for general corporate purposes.
