Gryphon Capital Income Trust (GCI) has successfully completed a AU$49.8 million placement to wholesale investors, which led to an increase in Net Tangible Assets to approximately AU$670 million, and is contemplating an Interest Purchase Plan to offer participation to all eligible unitholders. The Trust, managed by Gryphon Capital Investments Pty Ltd, aims to provide sustainable monthly income through exposure to the Australian Securitisation market, with a recent distribution yielding an annualised 9.09%. GCI’s strategy focuses on income, high risk-adjusted returns, and capital preservation, with their performance consistently outpacing the target return over various time frames.
