Grupo Financiero Galicia S.A. has announced a substantial cash dividend payment of Ps. 95.1121028003398 per share, totaling Ps. 140,261,065,758.04, to be distributed on May 23, 2024. Payments will be made via Caja de Valores S.A. and to ADR holders through the Bank of New York Mellon, subject to applicable taxes and regulatory currency conversion rules.
