Grupo Financiero Galicia S.A. has announced that starting May 14, 2024, it will distribute a substantial cash dividend of Ps. 65 billion to its shareholders, following the approval from its Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on April 30, 2024. The company assures that all regulatory notices regarding the dividend will be issued in compliance with current laws.
