On March 31, 2025, Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico announced the extension of a USD$60 million credit line for its subsidiary, MBJ Airports Limited, with the Bank of Nova Scotia and its Jamaican counterpart. The credit line, which will mature on October 4, 2029, carries a monthly interest rate of SOFR plus 200 basis points and will be repaid in ten equal semi-annual installments. This financial move is expected to support the company’s operations in Jamaica, potentially enhancing its market positioning and operational stability.
