The meeting, conducted at the Singapore Recreation Club, involved voting on several resolutions via a poll, as per the Singapore Exchange’s regulations. The company appointed B.A.C.S. Private Limited as the polling agent and CACS Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd. as the scrutineer. Shareholders eligible for GRP ESOS and GRP PSP abstained from voting on certain resolutions. No questions were raised by shareholders during the meeting.
