GRP Limited announces a significant reconstitution of its Board of Directors, with the appointment of three new Independent Non-Executive Directors and the retirement of several key members, including the current Chairman. These changes, effective from August and October 2024, are part of the company’s board renewal strategy to comply with tenure limits and ensure the new directors can acclimate ahead of the FY2024 AGM. Mr. Chua Seng Kiat, Francis, a seasoned entrepreneur and investor, is set to become the new Independent Non-Executive Chairman post-AGM.
