Growthpoint Properties Australia Limited has ceased to be a substantial holder in Dexus Industria REIT, following significant off-market transactions. The company sold over 47 million stapled securities to Jarden Australia Pty Ltd for a considerable sum, marking an important change in Dexus Industria REIT’s shareholder composition. This move comes after Growthpoint had last declared their substantial holding back in 2021.
