Grown Rogue Implements Share Reorganization

Grown Rogue International (TSE:GRIN) has released an update.

Grown Rogue International Inc., an Oregon-based craft cannabis company, has announced a Share Reorganization approved by shareholders to maintain its foreign private issuer status in the U.S. This strategic move will redesignate common shares as Subordinate Voting Shares and introduce a new class of Multiple Voting Shares, effective June 27, 2024, with an aim to streamline financial reporting and focus on the company’s operational and strategic goals.
