Groupe Dynamite Inc. has announced a partial exercise of its IPO over-allotment option, resulting in additional gross proceeds of approximately $13.6 million. The company’s subordinate voting shares, listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol ‘GRGD’, contribute to a total aggregate gross proceeds of around $313.6 million for the Selling Shareholders.
