Groupe CRIT has successfully acquired a 98.9% stake in OPENJOBMETIS through its subsidiary Plavisgas SrL, triggering a mandatory buyout of remaining shares and delisting OPENJOBMETIS from EURONEXT Milan. This strategic move not only expands Groupe CRIT’s presence into Italy but also significantly boosts its turnover, with the international segment now accounting for half of its temporary work activity.
