Groupe CRIT, through its subsidiary Plavisgas S.r.l., has announced the CONSOB approval of its mandatory public tender offer for all shares of Openjobmetis S.p.A., with the offer document to be released on June 3, 2024. Shareholders can accept the offer between June 10 and June 28, 2024, with a possible extension period, at a price of €16.50 per share, with payment scheduled for July 5, 2024.
