Grounded People Apparel’s Successful Funding Round

Grounded People Apparel, Inc. (TSE:SHOE) has released an update.

Grounded People Apparel Inc. has successfully completed the first segment of its non-brokered private placement, raising $500,000 by selling 625,000 units at $0.80 each. The funds are earmarked for working capital and general corporate purposes, with the potential to raise up to $3 million by May 17, 2024. Significant investor Right Season Investments Corp increased its stake in the company, now holding around 20.30% of the shares.
