Grounded People Apparel Launches $2M Private Placement

Grounded People Apparel, Inc. (TSE:SHOE) has released an update.

Grounded People Apparel Inc. is set to raise $2 million through a non-brokered private placement of over 3 million units at $0.60 each, with additional purchase options via warrants. The proceeds will primarily fund the company’s working capital and general corporate activities. Notably, no finder’s fees will be paid, and an administrative fee will be issued in shares to a related party, Amalfi Corporate Services Ltd.
