Grounded Lithium Corp. announces it will issue shares to Koch Technologies Solutions in exchange for completed treatability studies, signifying KTS’s confidence in GLC’s environmentally friendly lithium production vision. The company has also re-engaged Integral Wealth Securities Limited to provide market making services on the TSX Venture Exchange. Furthermore, GLC plans to grant significant stock options and RSUs to its team, pending TSXV approval, as part of its incentive compensation.
