Grindrod Shipping Holdings Ltd., a maritime transportation service provider, has announced its plan to voluntarily delist from the NASDAQ Global Select Market in line with its proposed Selective Capital Reduction. Shareholders, except for Good Falkirk (MI) Limited, will have their shares cancelled and will receive $14.25 per share. The delisting process is expected to be completed by August 26, 2024, following the filing of the necessary forms with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
