Grifols’ Board of Directors has established a Transaction Committee of independent directors, contracted Latham & Watkins LLP for legal advice, and plans to appoint financial advisors for monitoring a potential transaction with Brookfield, while two directors resigned to pursue other interests. The Company will reorganize its Board and Committees accordingly.
