Grifols announces that Mr. Thomas Glanzmann transitions from Executive Chairman to non-executive Chairman, concentrating on board responsibilities and corporate governance, while Mr. Nacho Abia continues as the sole executive member of the Board, focusing on business growth and financial improvements. Despite the initial plan for 2025, the Board advanced Glanzmann’s role change due to the successful and accelerated transition led by CEO Abia. Ms. Montserrat Muñoz will remain as Lead Independent Director to uphold the company’s governance standards.
