Griffin Mining Ends Buyback Programme

Griffin Mining (GB:GFM) has released an update.

Griffin Mining Ltd has announced the purchase of 26,728 of its own ordinary shares at 130 pence each to be held in treasury. The company has also terminated its Share Buyback Programme as of August 6, 2024, but plans to continue buying back shares on an ad hoc basis under the company’s general authority. Following this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 184,530,477, with 1,216,996 held in treasury.
