Griffin Mining Limited has appointed BDO LLP as its new auditors following a competitive selection process, replacing PricewaterhouseCoopers due to issues unrelated to Griffin’s financial statements. BDO, known for its extensive global presence and strong practice in China, will serve until the next Annual General Meeting. Griffin operates the profitable Caijiaying Zinc Gold Mine in China, producing various metals and is listed on London’s Alternative Investment Market.
