Grid Battery Metals Launches Nevada Lithium Drilling

Story Highlights

Grid Battery Metals (TSE:CELL) has released an update.

Grid Battery Metals Inc. has initiated a drilling program on their Clayton Valley Lithium Project in Nevada, aiming to explore lithium resources adjacent to North America’s sole lithium brine operation owned by Albemarle Corporation. The area is witnessing a resurgence in lithium exploration, and Grid’s project is also strategically located near Century Lithium’s Angel Island project, boasting significant projected revenues and a long mine life. The drilling, expected to reach depths of 1500 feet, will determine the composition and structure of underlying sediment layers, with results anticipated by early October.
