Gresham House Renewable Energy VCT 1 PLC is progressing with the sale of its remaining assets, although the proceeds are expected to be 20% to 25% lower than the previously reported net asset value. The company has decided not to pay a dividend in 2024, but plans to declare an interim dividend following the asset sale, despite the timing being uncertain.
