An update from Mobeus Income & Growth VCT ( (GB:GHV2) ) is now available.

Gresham House Income & Growth 2 VCT reported a fall in net asset value per share to 51.73p at 31 December 2025, down from 54.29p, reflecting a 2p dividend payment and a 1% total return decline amid lower unrealised portfolio valuations. Cumulative total return since inception was broadly stable at 226.03p per share, while the company continued to reward shareholders with dividends and offered a Dividend Investment Scheme to reinvest payouts.

The VCT maintained an active investment programme, committing over £4 million during the quarter to Tembo Money and Arkk Consulting, and a further series of new and follow-on investments after the period into Veremark, FocalPoint Positioning and Mobility Mojo. It also executed a sizeable buyback of more than 4.6 million shares and launched a joint offer for subscription with its sister VCT to raise up to £65 million, with scope for a further £30 million via over-allotment, underscoring its plans to refresh capital for future deal flow and portfolio support.

Following the period end, the board declared another interim dividend of 2p per share for the current financial year, which will reduce NAV but increase cumulative dividends to 176.30p, reinforcing the trust’s income-focused mandate. The combination of continued capital deployment, balance-sheet optimisation via buybacks, and a substantial new fundraising suggests an ongoing commitment to scaling its portfolio of high-growth UK companies while sustaining regular shareholder distributions.
