Grenergy Renovables S.A. has announced a temporary suspension of its liquidity contract with JB Capital Markets for the transfer of treasury shares, set to take place on July 15, 2024, and will resume the following business day. The suspension is due to the allocation of shares to key personnel as part of an approved remuneration plan.
