Greggs plc has announced the sale of ordinary shares by their Finance Director, Richard John Hutton, who is also a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR). A total of 65,000 shares were sold at a price of £28.51 each on the London Stock Exchange on October 8, 2024.
