Greggs plc has announced that Roisin Currie is set to join the Board of Howden Joinery Group plc as an independent non-executive director from 1st July 2024. Upon her appointment, Currie will participate in the Audit, Remuneration, Nominations, and Sustainability Committees of Howdens. This move is in compliance with the Listing Rule 9.6.14(2).
