Greenvolt – Energias Renováveis, S.A. has been notified of an increased offer price for its shares by GVK Omega, SGPS, Unipessoal, Lda., following a disagreement with the CMVM regarding the conversion ratio of convertible bonds. The offer price has been marginally raised from EUR 8.30 to EUR 8.3107 per share to facilitate the offer’s registration by the CMVM.
