Greenvolt – Energias Renováveis, S.A. announced the approval of amendments to their Articles of Association, which include changes to the cap on share capital increases, shortening the terms of office for board members, and removing the independence requirement for the Remuneration Committee. Additionally, the shareholders have approved the appointment of new board members, the Supervisory Board, and the Remuneration Committee for the 2024 financial year.
