Greentown China Holdings has announced a new project management services agreement between its subsidiary, Greentown Real Estate Construction Management, and Chengdu Wenjiang Real Estate for a development project in Wenjiang District, Chengdu. The deal involves a range of services for a mixed residential and commercial property project with a gross construction area of about 152,046 sqm. This connected transaction falls under reporting and announcement requirements but is exempt from independent shareholders’ approval.
