Greentown China Holdings has entered into an agreement with Sanya Huangzhuo Investment for project management services through its subsidiary Greentown Real Estate Construction Management. The project, located in Sanya City, Hainan Province, will be developed into residential properties by ProjectCo, a company associated with CCCC. This transaction is recognized as a connected transaction under the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
