Atlas Global Brands Inc. has announced that its subsidiary, GreenSeal Cannabis Company Ltd., is now under the protection of the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA), with proceedings stayed until July 26, 2024. Additionally, Atlas Global is planning a Sale and Investment Solicitation Process (SISP) for GreenSeal, under the guidance of Ernst & Young Inc., with further details to be disclosed soon.
