GreenRoc Settles Supplier Fees with Equity

GreenRoc Mining PLC (GB:GROC) has released an update.

GreenRoc Strategic Materials Plc, previously known as GreenRoc Mining Plc, has issued 2,155,283 new ordinary shares to settle £41,000 in fees to suppliers and confirmed its name change. The new shares will be traded on AIM, with the total share capital reaching 194,883,209 shares post-Admission. The company specializes in developing high-grade critical mineral projects in Greenland, aiming to supply the EV industry with conflict-free graphite.
