Greenridge Exploration Inc ( (TSE:GXP) ) has shared an announcement.

Greenridge Exploration reported results from its inaugural Summer 2025 diamond drilling campaign at the Carpenter Lake uranium project, where eight holes totaling 1,368 metres tested geophysical and geochemical targets along the Cable Bay Shear Zone. While two holes were lost to technical issues, drilling intersected graphitic pelitic gneisses with sulphides, anomalous uranium and associated pathfinder elements, as well as structurally complex, graphitic-sulphidic shear and fault zones showing brittle reactivation. Downhole gamma probing identified intervals of anomalous radioactivity in three holes, and SWIR analysis confirmed anomalous boron in dravite clay alteration linked to deformation zones and elevated uranium, indicating that uranium-bearing fluids have moved along the structure. The program extended the known extent of prospective host rocks further south than previously recognized, supports a systematic multi‑year exploration campaign at Carpenter Lake, and was carried out using helicopter-assisted drilling to minimize environmental impact, underscoring Greenridge’s long-term commitment to generative uranium exploration in the Athabasca Basin area.
