Greenridge Exploration Inc. has successfully completed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising over $1.5 million through the issuance of flow-through units. The funds will finance Canadian exploration expenses for the company’s mineral projects, with all qualifying expenses being renounced to subscribers by the end of the year.
