Greenfire Resources reported year-end 2025 proved reserves of 231.8 million barrels and proved plus probable reserves of 408.9 million barrels, a 1% increase net of production from 2024, implying 39- and 69-year reserve life indices respectively. The company estimated after-tax PV-10 values of $1.60 billion for proved and $1.99 billion for proved plus probable reserves, translating into net asset values of $13.12 and $16.29 per share after net surplus adjustments.

For full-year 2025, Greenfire produced 16,169 barrels per day of bitumen and generated adjusted funds flow of $143.5 million and adjusted free cash flow of $31.7 million, reflecting lower oil prices versus 2024 but solid operating netbacks. In the fourth quarter, production averaged 15,699 barrels per day with adjusted funds flow of $40.2 million and a free cash flow deficit of $16.6 million, as higher capital expenditures weighed on cash generation despite stable per-barrel netbacks, highlighting the company’s ongoing investment in its Hangingstone assets.
