Greene County Bancorp (GCBC) has issued an update.
Greene County Bancorp, Inc. has announced Nick Barzee as their new Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, succeeding the retiring Michelle Plummer. Barzee, a CPA with a history at KPMG, joined the bank in 2021 and has moved up the ranks quickly. Alongside his promotion, he’s been included in The Bank of Greene County’s Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, which offers various retirement and termination benefits, with a vesting period of 20 years, but with provisions for earlier vesting in certain situations like death, disability, or significant company changes.
