Greencore Group PLC has advanced its share buyback program with the purchase of 123,300 ordinary shares for cancellation, reflecting a continued investment in the company’s value. The shares were bought through Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited at varying prices, with the highest being £1.7993 and the lowest at £1.7759. This latest transaction is part of a larger GBP 40 million buyback initiative that Greencore has been executing since May 2024.
